Why We Don’t Have Drivers

The title of this blog may seem a little odd. Doesn’t every uniform company have drivers? At Service Uniform, we do things a little differently. We have Account Managers. Our Account Managers do so much more than just deliver your uniforms, they are personally invested in your account.

Our Account Managers perform several tasks:

  • Monitor your inventory levels
  • Operate as a point of contact for your account
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer questions about orders, repairs, etc.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of your uniforms
  • Inform on new products and services
  • Communicate feedback from you back to Service Uniform

We urge you to have a strong relationship with your Account Manager. Never be afraid to ask them questions or share your concerns. Our Account Managers are more than happy to help
